Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages cauliflower gnocchi
  • 1 Tikka Masala sauce kit
  • at least 2 tbsp ghee

  • Heat at least 2 tablespoons of ghee in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spice pack from the Tikka Masala sauce kit and heat, stirring gently, for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Immediately add the frozen cauliflower gnocchi to the skillet. Let the gnocchi sauté without stirring too much, allowing them to brown nicely on one side. Stir occasionally and add more ghee if needed. Break apart any gnocchi that stick together. Once the gnocchi are lightly browned, remove them from the skillet and set aside. I find that patience during this browning process really pays off in terms of texture!
  • Using the same skillet, prepare the Tikka Masala sauce according to the package directions. This usually involves mixing the provided sauce base and simmering until heated through and aromatic. Make sure to use any remaining ghee from the pan to add extra flavor to your sauce.
  • Once the sauce is ready, arrange the browned cauliflower gnocchi from Step 1 back on top of the simmering Tikka Masala sauce. Let everything heat together for a couple of minutes to meld the flavors before serving.
