- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey (0.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 3 thin apple slices
- 1 stick cinnamon
In a serving glass, combine the brandy and maple syrup. Stir well to ensure they are fully blended together.
Add the thin apple slices to the glass with the mixed brandy and maple syrup. Pour in the hot water to fill the glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick before serving. I find that stirring again after adding the hot water helps all the flavors infuse nicely.
